WHAT is the SINGER CYBERGATE?
It is a software designed especially for singers with the sole purpose of making it easier to access their library of singing tools and reference materials. The different portals make it easy to organize and access all your training materials, never lose your downloadable courses again!
Currently (1.5 Beta Version) there are three portals to choose from upon entering the main gate: My Singing Ezines, My Singing Lessons and My Vocal Warmups. Each portal provides valuable resources with regard to your understanding and training of the voice and music in general. Some of the items are provided for free and other items are available for download and installation for very affordable prices.
And...there are many more portals in development!
WHY is the SINGER CYBERGATE a BETA version?
As with any software development there are a number of things to be worked out in order to make the software compatible over all operating systems and platforms. This software was built using Adobe Flash and Adobe Air to maximize compatibility, but in our earliest release some older computer systems were still hanging up. We believe all compatibilitiy issues have now been resolved, but just to make sure we installed a debugger system which allows each individual user to send a technical report on why your computer and our software are not talking to each other correctly. We will keep the "Beta" title until we are certain all compatibility issues have been resolved.
HOW DO I INSTALL THE MySingerCybergate Software?
1. Visit Adobe.com and download/install the most recent FLASH Player (Free).
2. Visit Adobe.com and download/install the most recent Adobe AIR Player (Free).
3. Download the MySingerCybergate software from above or at www.SingerCity.com and double click to install.
That's all there is to it! If you have trouble at any time, please run the debugger and send the report to our techs. You can also visit our online help desk for assistance.
I PURCHASED A SINGING LESSONS COURSE, HOW DO I INSTALL IT INTO MySingerCybergate?
The software is designed to self install by just double clicking the purchased program (.a2z file). For manual installation, please choose the "Install program(s)" link at the bottom of eachportal menu.WHO SHOULD USE THE MySingerCybergate Software?
Anyone who uses their voice on a regular basis (that includes you school teachers!) or who wants to improve their singing voice!
Singers: If you want to make it easy to keep your voice in shape and continue to improve your skills there has never been an easier way to do so. The SingerCybergate software will put an icon on your desktop and then you are only one click away from accessing everything you need through a very simple jukebox menu system. Once you have chosen and downloaded your training materials, you simply click the menu link to access your items. Once you are done, simply click the Main Menu button in the top left corner and you can move on to your next program or exercise. The MyVocalWarmups jukebox makes it easy to exercise your voice regularly and throughout your entire range....even you opera singers!
Singing Teachers: If you want your singing stdents to actually complete the daily vocal warmups you assign, you have to check out the MyVocalWarmups Jukebox portion of the SingerCybergate Software. The visual cues, along with all the choices (range, tempo, octave) provides motivation for your students to complete the exercises...instead of stopping after several key transitions. The teachers who tested this software with us all raved about their student's progress. It was quickly evident. When a new "plug-in" for these three jukeboxes is available it will automatically be listed on the proper menu (the next time you connect to the internet).
You can also expect portals that make finding your singing resources and even a vocal coach in your area as easy as a couple of keystrokes.

WHO CREATED THE MySingerCybergate?
The innovator behind this educational tool, Yvonne DeBandi, is already known as a pioneer in her field for providing vocal education tools for choral classrooms, private voice lessons and personal self study. It has always been her goal to help provide affordable and organized means to teach what she believes is the language of self-esteem and communication, singing and vocal education.
